Jessica graduated from a 2,200-hour massage therapy program in 2010 and began her career working in a variety of clinical and wellness settings. After several years in practice, she paused to pursue a creative path in Vancouver’s film and television costume industry, where she refined her eye for detail and how the body moves through space.
Now back in Calgary to be closer to family and to complete a Fibre Arts degree at AUArts, Jessica is excited to return to massage therapy with a renewed perspective. She has worked in spas, chiropractic clinics, yoga studios, and prenatal clinics, and brings an adaptable, client-centered approach to every treatment.
Inspired by the mindful techniques of Thai massage, Jessica often incorporates stretching and mobilization to improve movement and relieve tension. She specializes in therapeutic massage, working with mid-to-deep pressure to address muscle pain, stress, and postural strain. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel cared for and guided toward better health.
